You probably have the wrong programmer for your truck and the programmer doesnt know how to read your computer. Id call Hypertech and ask them if it correct, or I think they have that info with the listing and part numbers on there website.
Did you happen to buy it used to? It could be the previous owner didnt deprogram his truck before he sold it to you.
