as brc sayed you can reuse the old one it is metal. I put a new one on because of the crush of the gasket. The only one I believe you can get is from gm and it is around $30.

Found a website where they sell this for 308.00 then they are offering an 8% discount this weekend only so it brings it down to 284.00.
Is this a worth while mod or addition for a guy looking to get better mileage with a little more power for towing?
