tuner to get 13's on stock tranny

ok,i am buying a 2003-2004 gmc 2500 c/c s/b and i plan on going with the MBRP 5 inch turbo back, straightpiped, either a TTS or airdog pump,S&B intake, and either the ATS E-power or the hot+2,on either 265's or 285's,also tie-rod sleeves and center links.will i be able to hit 13's in the 1/4 mile on the stock 5 spd ally.I have seen ppl hit low 14's all day on the stock tranny, any input is appreciated.thanks.

I don't race...and someone else will probably have better input. But to see low 13's without frying your clutches.....I don't see your tranny making it very long on that kind of setup. That's a lot of extra HP on a 5 speed.

well i am most likely going to buy the ats e power because it has just about all of the same settings as the hot+2 but i belive it has 1 less than the ppe,but that doesnt matter.could i get away with dragging the truck once or twice with it on the 4th setting which i belive is 160.but to the wheels probably like 120?

You are going to kill your stock trans trying to push it that hard.

I went 13.94 on the stock Alli but it limped at the end of the track!!!!....I was stacking Superchips on the Edge. I would say the ATS will make that or more power. It will go fast for a little while!!!!

Don't do it. The 5 speed alli is very weak in OD. With that tune when it shifts from 4-5th you will slip clutches. I don't remember when mine shifts to 5th, but you may be able to lock od out and just run through the 1/8.

I ran in the low 14's with stock 5 speed, you may do it a couple times. LBZ/LMM's can do it and still live for a while.

can you do it,Yes you can but it won't last very long and don't bother buying a JR Kit or any other shift kit since they don't help at all..
with the mods you mentioned you i would do the ATS if you want to save and the sleeves are a must but do the AirDogs over the TTS pumps since they will flow more PURE fuel then the TTS will also i would add the ported fuel rail fittings to that list.
