It's got too much going on above the bumper doesn't really follow any lines with the tubes going every where. It's still nice I just preferre it cleaner up front.

They are nice, but I think the truck would look a lot cleaner if the grill guard was not on it.
I like Warn's Hidden Winch Mount for the Chevy/GMC, it allows you to keep the stock bumper and lines, and still have a functional winch.
