Exclamation how do you stack edge?

ok i have a 2005 (lly) duramax.. i have got the edge juice with attitude already installed. i love all the features it has to offer but im wanting a little more power...so my questions is it possible to stack the quadzilli (previously installed on the truck) with the edge ? im just wanting to run the quad on about 50 hp. if so how would i go about stacking them?

yea can but your transmission is going to fry...

and you may advance the timing too much and cause other problems

i suggest forgetting about the edge and running the quad on 135

Stacking on the D-Max is not a good thing in most instances. Too much timing and fuel. Especially for a stock transmission. If you want a tuner with more power, look into PPE or Banks. If you want the best. Get EFILive.

Dont stack. Theres no need just sell the edge and quad and get a better tuner. I know from experience stacking can be deadly for the duramax

well to be honest the quad doesnt advance it THAT much it builds most of its power via pulse width...but still you couldn't pay me to run edge juice on my truck by itself let alone stacked...

to the op....if not for any other reason know that doing this will result in trans death...even the quad 135 tune usually burns clutches

what if i ran the quad on the lowest setting like 30hp? is it till going mess with timing ... im not going to be racing the truck or driving it hard much and thats why i like the edge u can adjust it while ur driving ..one of the big reasons i want to stack is i want more smoke but not all the time just when i turn up the chip all the way

You can do it, but, with a stock transmission, your not going to be able to hold the power.

its still gonna add timing... if you want smoke the quad on 135 should supply plenty....
and playing with tunes without letting your trans learn will also result in trans damage
