Well im about to go out and buy a 2008 2500 duramax and am a complete duramax n00b.... i am coming out of a infiniti G37 and was sharing a truck with my dad but it isnt working out so he agreed to go out and buy me one...
Coming from a lightly modded cummins (exhaust, intake, juice with attitude) i want to have the same amount of power if not more...
I am also looking to lift it.. Would love to hear your guy's suggestions... sorry if this is posted in the wrong section
Welcome to the forums... personally I have the edge evolution and I love it... and stock you have more power than a modded cummings... hehe but I know a lot of people on here use PPE... and I cant help you out with the lifts... I just adjusted the torsion bars for my H2 wheels...

welcome to the forum...i'm guessing the stock LMM will run close to as fast as your CTD was but if you want more that can be easily attained..if you want the best for your LMM do the EFILive and build your own tunes to fit your HP need but other then that check out the PPE,ATS,Quadzilla or Diablo for programmers.don't add more then 80-100RWHP with the stock tranny and with the lift and big tires i would back it down even more with the stock tranny but for a few $$$ you can have a built tranny and be good for 450-500RWHP..
