What is a good secondary fuel filter?

Hey, What is a good secondary fuel filter and where to buy one. I have been watching this forum for 8 months and had my 01 lb7 injectors replaced under warrenty 6mo ago. I use diesel clean at most fillups, but from what I have read, a 3 micron or less filter seams to keep the injectors from detonating.

I can do some modifies, so what would be a good place to put one and what kind. It would have to be one that is easily accessible to buy the filters anywhere. I travel somewhat.

This is the filter i am running. I really like it, easy to install, easy to change filter, filter life is great. BD-Diesel Performance Remote Fuel Filter Kit - BD1050060

The nicktane kit also looks awesome, but is a little pricey.
