Are there any of you out there running big tires and still running fast 1/4 mile times or 0-60 I can never seem to keep traction. what have you guys done to overcome the tires.

this really is backwareds. it should be harder to spin them. take more power to keep spin more weight at same RPM's. smaller tires spin easier. the hardness of the tire and tire psi are huge though. for more traction let out some air. also 4 wheel drive

I was just contributing it to the fact their is less weight per square in on the ground. Also how destrustive is 4 wheel drive at 60 on pavement.

well i'd never jus drive around in it, but for some tration racing it cant be that bad, racing is hard on a truck to begin with, so whats a little more?

only thing i can think of is less pounds per square inch on the ground, with my summer tires on i had traction issues in 2 wheel
yes to some extent this point is true. with almost no weight in the back in 2 wheel you can spin but jsut think aobut race cars. they add wide and bigger tires to increase traction and reduce wheel spin.
