it deletes the egr....

a block plate is more affordable. both are worth it.

you do free up some horsepower. and it gets all that crap off of your motor (which I would love)

but for 12 bucks vs 350+ i voted to stay with the block.

I wouldn't worry much about the performance gains until you have a built trans. I don't think the difference for stock trans stock turbo tuning is that big. at least not for me to justify it.

Increased airflow into the motor. And it doesn't take a genius to realize that exhaust gases going back in the motor isn't good. A blocker plate will not allow exhaust gases to b reran, but the restrictive egr system is still intact. So the best route is egr delete. But a blocker plate is better than nothing.

If I were u, which I'm not lol, I would do a blocker plate and spend the money on efi live, a good lift pump or a built trans. Later on u can do egr delete. If money is no object then def do it.

the EGR block accomplishes the same thing, let's get that straight. soot no longer enters the intake system. the delete just gives you better airflow/performance.

PCV reroute
EGR block

less than a 100 bucks and the truck should last a LOT longer

Don't let anyone (cough DRC cough cough) tell you any different

Okay so basically the purpose is just to help your engine for the future? And it helps very little with performance? I definitely want my truck to last a long time! I'm just trying to figure out the reasons to get this. It doesnt seem like its a rush, but it's something I should look into doing in the future?
