OK, I went for Supper last night and somehow twisted wrong or something and I am down for the count.
I stressed and inflamed the injured part of my lower back and I have to go to the Doctors' Office this morning to get either a shot or some Prednazone for the inflammation.
I will be in and out of the Forum Boards throughout the day but I cannot sit at the desk for very long and I need to kind of baby my poor wittle back when this happens.

Yeah, I have actually been doing the Yoga for several years as well, BUT, for some reason yesterday I skipped my daily routine and now I am paying to price...
Right now BigMomma is giving me that look because I got up to answer a couple of emails...
It will all come out in the wash, I am just hard headed at times, I absolutely HATE allowing pain dictate my actions, but I also refuse to use pain killers that only dull your senses either.
