This is a quick list i threw together for our trucks. If anything is wrong let me know and ill fix it.

amsoil can't be wrong

just seems like the drain and fill would be the 7.4 qts and the initial would be the higher one

i know i just bought 2 gals of trans fluid when i've drained it to switch to transysnd and had some leftover for adding after spin on changes

Mitchel has it that way as well..

we also use a lil over 12 quarts here when we do a transgo. :shrug:

Dex 6 is the fluid that comes from the factory in the 6spd allys

May want to note that some 06 transmissions call for dex 3 based on serial number. Drain and fill is 7.4 qts.
