Opti Lube XPD

Just curious I run Summer Blend every tank, good for about 1-1.5 MPG ......Do it mainly for injector lubrication....Anyone else running it in thier fuel ?

I've got it in mine....my truck is new to me though...so only had it in for about 4 tanks though.

its one of the best there is based on the last article i saw.

i run standadyne in mine- its local and cheap

if all else fails i just grab diesel kleen at wally world

I use diesel kleen when I can afford it..optilube isn't as easily obtained so I settle for less..

I do my fuel and my Jack 100% pure.

I have worked on engines all my life, spent 19 years at FreightlinnerI live in the Kootenay region of B.C. I have a 2007 NBS White 3500 GMC SLE Duramax Alison 17 inch aluminum SRW Crew-cab long-box White linex in the box and black in the wheel wells BW turn-over ball. all stock.

I run it in every tank. I buy it by the gallon and mix it 1/2 oz per gallon. A gallon last me about 5 months.

I run the XPD but ive done a little research and everyone ive talked to says its great stuff the people at Diesel Diagnostics said its the best bang for your buck

I use both the Opti lube Summer additive and the Winter Additive. It worked out to be less expensive per tank buying both instead of the XPD. I actually recently ran out of the Winter additive and have been using Diesel Kleen.

My DPF and CAT just fell off so I changed the oil and added their oil additive also. I'm going to run the oil 8-10K and send in a sample.

EDIT: I don't believe in any MPG gains. Period.
