How much of a task is it doing the tranny flush and filter change in your driveway? I have the hoot method instructions, but am wondering if it's something I should do on my own.

If you are good at following instructions and have mechanical ability I would say go for it. Just make sure to follow those instructions to the letter so that you don;t miss soomething...

I did mine by the hoot method - took me about 3hrs to do that, oil change, grease chassis, fuel filter and clean my air filter! Easy stuff and I'm noticing a bit lower trans temps w/ the Amsoil vs whatever was in there!
