What to lubricate in the driveline?

Is there any grease or spray lubricants that need applied external to the driveline? I seen a rubber boot around the shaft that comes out of the back of the transfere case that has a small weep hole in the bottom of it. Does something need sprayed up in there?

Call me "old school" but I like to be able to grease everything. Guess no need for it anymore. I have, however, removed my driveshaft and greased the output shaft on the trans case real good!
