Oil Change Question

Where is the oil pressure gauge supposed to sit? If my oil dipstick is 2 bars above the A should I add more oil?

I just changed it last night...long story. So I have a couple bottles of the engine flush from Amsoil as I'm changing over to synthetic. I get under the truck change out to a new cheap filter for the flush, I then drain the oil like a dumbass. Pour in the engine flush and sit there and wonder, how the hell the engine is going to run on just the flush, pour in a a couple quarts of my new amsoil and start the truck, of course oil lights come on. So I then pour in most of the old oil I drained to do the flush. Anyway, I had a 2.5Gallon jug of the amsoil, poured it all in after the flush and now I think I'm a little short.

Second part of this story, is that when I drained the oil after letting it idle for 20 minutes with the flush in it, OMG, I sware there was some nasty ass sludge pouring out of that hole.

3rd part of the story, I have one of those 15 quart enclosed oil containers with a drain plug in the middle. LOL...pulled out the bolt and the fkn oil was coming out of that dmax so fast that it wasn't draining fast enough and started pouring over the sides of the container, made a HUGE mess on my driveway.

So I guess my question is, can I get something from the auto part store to add in to the Amsoil synthetic to bring it up, or should I get more Amsoil before adding to it?

2 Bars above the add line is fine if you feel uncomfortable go to any autoparts store and grab 1 qt of Mobil 1 synthetic oil and use that to top off with that is the closest thing to Amsoil and is compatable.

WAIT, did you say that the engine flush is still in the engine with the new oil?

No..I poured most of the old oil back into hte truck with the flush and let it idle for 30 minutes. Then I drained it all out and put on the new Amsoil filter and filled it up with the rest of my Amsoil.
