I have to agree. That story sounds like a bunch of bull. Biodiesel will in no way cause a mechanical failure of internally lubricated parts. If he had a catastrophic failure it was probably due more to a heavy right foot with a programmer or something. I would have to see the motor to know more. It should be easyt to tell what failed.

Any way. I siad I would post a picture of the Duramax we have running on B100 so here it is.

I have a 2007.5 LMM and I run my own bio it runs great. I did take off the dpf. Sounds great.

B20 option

Does anyone know what comes on the GM option for new trucks for B20 use. I have yet to see of one on the lot with the option. I heard it was fleet only.

I finally took the first step yesterday and ordered my DPF delete and EFI live setup. I'll get it put on and start tuning here in the next couple of weeks, but I'll be TDY for some training until mid-november. Plan for now is to start ordering all of the stuff to setup my little brewery as soon as I return from the training. Still nobody here running B100 on an LMM?

Greek Chevy- do you run it mixed with pump diesel or straight home brew?
