i have a 2002 duramax. i am gonna be running the stanadyne, i am getting it for 5$$ a bottle, if i am treating 22 gallons. how much additive do i need for it?? |

| manual says no additive but whatever. Everybody runs additive at some time or all the time. And over treating doesn't hurt it. I use fuel additive and 2 stroke oil for fuel. i think 2 stroke works better.

Read the directions it will tell you how many ounces to treat so many gallons. But over treating will not hurt anything at all. Sometimes I will dump awhole bottle in just to know or at least think that it is getting cleaned.
