Cool ad! You know what’s cheaper then all that stuff? A piece of 4 inch pipe! Sorry i had to man, I love gale and all his stuff but I rather just cut the dam thing off and get 2mpg better fuel economy.

Most people are seeing up to 19% better fuel economy with our complete systems WITHOUT making them illegal and still adding an extra 100hp. The DPF isn't the enemy as long as you don't constantly clog it up.
its great what you guys at Banks have done but for myself i would rather take it out but i'm glad to see someone willing to spend the time that it takes to do what you all have done.

im sure it dose and i give you guys all the props in world for taking the time to make it right without short cuts, but these trucks F up stock because of that filter so adding any fuel, timing or boost is sure raise that likelihood and I rather just nip it in the bud besides I live far far away from tree hugging so-cal so im not to worried about the epa knocking down my door anytime soon. but if they do i will pose this question to them... explain how a truck that is brand new should get less MPG's then one 2 years older with 100,000mi on it, and how that’s better for the environment? If they can give me a good answer I will bolt that stuff back on and give you guys a call.

Its good there are legal alternatives for the people who just drive around all day and dont compete.
and ofcourse as always I claim BS on the 19%. "Most People" we dont know who most people are. Some of us still remember our consumer education and how to pick apart advertisements and all of the catches.
Tell you what, since banks seems to have a money that shits money, buy two new stock LMMs set up the same. Now send them to a random installer and have him put the products on one of the trucks. This will help to ensure they are consumer available products right off the shelf and not something special you guys whipped up at the last minute.
Then have him drop them off for those people who do the independent 3rd party MPG review and then give us the numbers.

Sadly it isn't a question of "if" they will start smog testing on these trucks but "when" And right now the "when" seems to be early next year. The fine for manufacturers who produce DPF removal products (pipes, tuners) is $25,000 per unit sold. The fine for you using it on the street $2500 and you loose the licence plates until you prove your truck is back in complaince.
But what the hell am I supposed to do with 100 extra hp....?
Haha, I remember when I first had the DPF, I put PPEs biggest tune on it, that was a long night trying to get it to un clog, after 2 races. I was a long ways from home and stuck in reduced power.
