I know there are tie rod sleeves and a centerlink you can buy to help with the front end. For the rest it all depends on how far you want to go.

I know a few of my fellow moderators are pretty darn good at the truck pulls. they might be able to give you some more advice

well the tranny is going in over winter to get toughened up....after that i am not sure i have to see where my budget takes me.....probably start with getting traction, the guy doing my tranny has EFI live on his 01 LB7 that he is going to plug in and try

as far as rules go i know there is a 28" hitch height um... other than that they are pretty vage....for stock class must have stock turbo no propane or nitrous...that is all i can recall....i will check into more....

I would do some sort of trac bars to keep the rear end in place, but i would check ruls as alot of "stock turbo" type classes dont allow trac bars! If no trac bars i would atlest make a set of spring clamps to stiffen up the rear end.

For the front end i would at a very minimum do cognito steering braces and and tie rod sleeves, the next best thing would be a straight centerlink and tierod sleeves!

don't forget to scrounge up some extra weight to put as far forward on your truck as possible and get it to weigh as close to the weight limit for your class as you can.

yup, crank them down until the keys are resting on the stops. you can either count the turns or measure the bolt to return your truck to alignment after you're done. a 18volt cordless impact makes it easy.

if you're going to pull alot i'd go with the straight center link
