Last night my family and I went to the Cruise Night in Kearney, NE. So many nice cars!! And a few nice trucks!!
Was able to meet up with gr8tshot from Husker Diesel later on in the evening as well...he actually took some vid of my runs.
NHRA has a sanctioned track there in Kearney. They were doing two events on the same evening coinciding with the Cruise Night. The "class" that I ran in was a simple test and tune/Street Grudge.
My first pass ever dragging a 1/4 mile I ran 13.85...I am not going to tell you my speed because I let off way too soon as that I couldn't tell where the end of the track was....LOL
With that said, I ran 7 more times. I cut red light on one of them. Ran 3 passes between 13.450 and 13.468. Best reaction time was .095. Best 60' time was 1.978, but I didn't have the t-bars down. Ran two passes very close to each other at 13.41@102.
Best time was 13.412@102.84. I will post a pic of my time slip. Maybe post a vid on Wednesday.
Best of all I got a "grudge" match against an Mitsubishi EVO that I street raced on a rolling start this early spring. I posted a video of that on here in the Smoke Screen a while back. Well, I got my revenge!!! Beat him by 1.53 seconds. He actually ran a 13.51 to my 13.45 but was asleep at the light and pulled a 1.56 to my .094 tree. I was pretty stoked for the rest of the night.
There were so many people woke up to the sound of the LBZ. Got many waves, compliments, and hand shakes. Pretty fun for the first time out. Not many people have seen a diesel run down the track out here.
The lady handing my times slip says to me, "did you know that your right head light is out?" LOL
Thank you DMaxChris for answering my text on the tire pressure!
Mind you, this is with the tailgate in, on 265/75 Extreme ATs, the spare tire still hanging, and the t-bars where I drive them everyday....and a stock transmission. Thanks bnkrupt!

Sounds like you guys had a good time. Do you have any dyno numbers with the new tune?

This isn't my best time slip...but it was against the EVO that I mentioned.
My best is the 13.41

Thanks for the compliments guys. Appreciate it alot.
I was leaving with only about 5lbs. boost at 1500 rpm. I left one time at 1700 rpm and it was way too much with the t-bars not turned down...2200 rpm is way too high, too much boost IMO, especially on a street, stock truck.
When I go out next time, whenever that is, I am going to lower the bars and see how it helps the 60' times. If I can lower them, I think I will do much better. And cut some weight. I would like to get close to a 13.2 on a stock trans. and street tires.
