500-525hp with good EFI tune on fuel only.

PPE 220/Edge stack wont get you close. Hot+2 maybe 460-480hp

You will need a lift pump

Stock IHI only make 30-31psi, after that it will blow up.

the IHI on the LB7 with modded intake horn has made 536HP on stock single CP3 at danville. im working on a compressor wheel upgrade right now that will bolt right in, the wheel will flow 10-15% more air. with the modded intake horn and wheel you can probably get 550ish with 35-38lb of boost.

So right know my turbo is at the 31psi level. What will happen when she blows up? Now I'm scared to death.

Get a new one.

Dont waste your time upgrading your IHI for 550ish HP. Get a 66mm and make 600hp with cool egt's:cool

Get rid of the LB7 IHI.

The downpipes suck and even if you put a bigger compressor wheel in it the turbine wheel will be to small and you will have high drive pressures.

i wouldnt argue with a larger turbo but for affordilbe, compressor wheel upgrade is not back as well as my 3.5 inch downpipe. bigger turbo always better though.

debris usually get stuck in the intercooler
