| Lots of guys run toyo proxis st's, I run them and have good luck, I run them on the street and the track, no wheel changin to go racing! Runing big wheels with no side wall on the tires really isnt ideal for traction either. I run 275-60-17's I will probally step up to 18s in the future just to be able to get some wider tires. You gotta play with air psi as well. If running in 4x4 i try to keep an even "egg" on the tires all the way around so as to try and keep the tires the same size to prevent driveline bind.
When i run i usually run around 23-27 psi in the front and 17-22 in the rear depending on trac prep!!!

| Toyo proxes will get you 1.6-1.7 60ft. they are probably the best tire other than a slick or street legal slick. buy some tie rod sleeves, a pitman arm / idler arm support from cognito. and a centerlink and away you go.

| Even with a stick truck i can 60' around 1.7 with with the proxis st tires in 4x4! The proxis st are a street truck/suv tire. Most are speed rated to 110mph and above IIRC Toyo Tires - Proxes S/T
