Second hook 4th gear

Here's a video of last nights pull. It was a light sled and fast track. I hit 4th gear at about the 250' mark. I'm thinking I shoulda let it eat in third to keep the tires spinning at the end. Had trouble trying to downshift at the end so i just put it in N and said screw it. Tell me what you guys think.

Must be nice to have low range lol. I usally run 2nd gear with my high range puller. Its nice to have the power to pull that tall of a gear. Get some efi live for that thing and let her eat.

Wow that looks like a decent hook for 4th gear! I'd still stick with second in my truck. Seems like you can hammer on it and get high rpm's early. Third is probably the highest to go though.

So what place did you finish?
