Pull the return line, and with the motor running and the truck parked with no steering movement, you'll see no movement in fluid through the system. UNTIL you activate the brakes or turn the wheel, then fluid will move in the system.
Thinking you have a continuous flow of hydraulic fluid as with the Allison is incorrect, IMO.
This needs to go back to the top always good PM for the hydroboost!!

im planning on doing this tomorrow and curious what is the best fluid to put back in her? hookemhorns said that he was trying dex VI so wondering it that will work or should i just stick with oe fluid?

After my little hill climbing adventure, Dmax finally met its match mine’s toast and needs a flush….Time to go synthetic with the DexVI and Flush the Brake fluid…pedal’s gettin’ strange and mushy.
