You'll get a lot of opinions here, almost as bad as asking which engine oil to use.

I'll throw my two cents in - Mobil 1 synthetic grease. I use it for all the zerks.

That is what I use as well. I like that it is red, makes it easy to see if you made a mess or if you have a leak.

If it says grease and is roughly the same type as whats been used in the past, its a whole lot better than no grease. Just make sure you clean the zerk before pumping in new grease. Most of the wear failures are from dirt and grit being pushed into the joint with the new grease.
