ABS comes on when turning and braking

Hey guys,

I've been having a problem with my 2006 GMC 3500.

When I turn (usually left) really sharp and brake/come to a stop, at the last second, my abs comes on and my brakes get really chunky feeling. I can actually feel tapping on my brakes. (Which I guess is just the abs?)

It only happens when I'm turning slowly and sharp.

I took the brakes apart and cleaned them all up and greased them. Didn't change anything.

I'm wondering if it's the universals on the front axle?

I really have no idea. Wheel speed sensors?

Wondering if you guys have any ideas, so I can avoid ripping apart more things than I have to?

Thanks

X2...the wheelbearing doesn't necessarily have to be bad, could just be the sensor itself is bad too.

There should be a code that will tell you which wheel it is.
