Many mods to come over the winter.
I would not use starting fluid at all. I would get some dish soap and water and spray all the boots and tubes looking for bubbles. you might have to rev the engine to build more boost.

Ok, I live at about 2,000 ft above sea level... I drove up to see my parents which are at 6-9,000 ft above sea level... I just got my EFI and have been looking around but havnt done anything yet.
but my truck is acting up and i need 2 know if I can fix the problem with my EFILive V2. When I nail it, it feels slower than stock, and the gauge only reads 18-19psi, it feels like I am just lugging my truck(it dumps fuel like no other) but in reality I have my foot to the floor. It was doing this with my PPE Hot+2 E.t..
any help would be great.

I hate to say "I told ya so"
IOH kit. Your experience is the performance component of why the LLY overheats in the same arena.
You can up the boost, but you won't make it home. Just wait till you get home. The other thing you can do, is a datalog, "open" the "Duramax Imperial" PID, log the event and email it to me. It will tell me if anything is obviously wrong.
I tryied everything on this thread, and re-did the clamp... nothing helped...
Is there anyone that has a high alltitude tune for a 04.5 LLY?????

If you get advice to copy C boost and vane tables (hot+2) into the A and B areas, don't do it. You stand a good chance of blowing up the turbo if you stand on it at that altitude, considering that you have the stock induction.
I believe what you did was drive out of the altitude arena that PPE changed. They ignored mile high population, as do all the other cookie cutter tuning companies. You are basically driving a stock tune right now, even though you have a tune loaded.
This exact scenario is covered in the Thermal Feedback Primer.
