dsp5 help on lmm

i got my tunes from rob onto my autocal and hooked up my switch. ive tried and tried i know im in the right slot and im pretty sure the pin is seated cuz i tried getting it out and it dont want to. i dont want to yank on it and pull the wire out of the pin. i grounded inside the cab next to the steering column. i know the ground is good cuz my hardwire kit for my radar was grounded. there. ive used a test light and no power and no luck changing tunes. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Check the voltage on the switch and make sure it is changing from 1 to 5 volts

you can hook it up through your laptop and conect to your vehicle using the scan tool and check your DSP5 switch voltage or you can check your voltage with a volt meter.
