How do i turn off limp mode?

Tried searching but had no luck.

Anybody know how to turn off the limp modes in efi and feel like explaining how to do so really quick? Never done it before and dont even know what to look for. lol

Yea...i know this isnt a good idea on a stock trans blah blah but hey its not my truck and i cant talk any sense into him. Looking to turn off the regular limp due to slipping and the fuel limp!

Thanks guys.

hmm....i could be wrong too.

I thought i remember reading you can extend the fuel limiting tables to give you full power while in limp mode and then just turn off the code as you would the egr.

Just clear the codes. That will take it out of "Limp", until he limps it again.

Have him buy a cheap scanner and show him how to erase the codes.. When he gets tired of constantly limping, he will build it right. LOL
