If you're gonna go dig in there for the pump, why go back to stock? Check out Wicked Diesels. They are CP3 experts.

a modded pump will work the same as stock without a LP.

Do you need to have a lift pump to take advantage of a modded CP3? AND, Do you think a lift pump could resolve my low rail pressure issues?

Well im kinda at a loss, i found a low millage CP3 that i might buy and put wicked diesels arson kit in it.

Any update? I would have thrown a lift pump on first. Thats a lot cheaper option and can only help
