Removing body molding?

I removed the body molding on my Z71 a year ago but it was almost 100 degrees outside now it is 30 degrees and i want to get it off what is the best method to doing so. I can't just pull it off like on the Z due to temp diference. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks. I just removed one side using the heat gun i was extremely careful and i don't see any damage. It took about 20 minutes. I plan on taking pictures of both sides one with and on with out moldings and see what responses i get. Thanks for all of your help
