Replacement keys

What is the easiest way to get a 2nd set of keys (key + keyfob) for a LBZ? Dealership directly? Approximate cost?

key fobs run around 80 to 100 bucks, depending on where you live and need to be programmed, key can just be cut and your good to go

Just so I'm clear, you're calling the key fob (keyless remote) the transmitter which is gm part# 219977127 and this is available from gmpartsdirect.com ($37) and I can program it to my truck, correct?
