Power extend mirror problem

My truck has a problem with the passenger side mirror. The driver one extends fine. But The one on the passenger side doesnt extend. It isnt ceased, i checked that. It simply has no power to that extend motor. U can normally hear them try to move the mirror if it is ceased. This mirror has power mirror, signal and heat. and they all work fine except the extend. Any ideas why?

There's a little gear in there that moves it in and out. Maybe it stripped and just spins. Get some 06 tow mirrors. They would look good on there!

The ford style ones? I have been keeping my eye on ebay for a set that has turn signal heat and power. Let me know if u know anyone with them. And i dunno if its stripped, there is no sound at all. normally you hear the motor working. I think its shorted out somewhere.

Aftermarket and Replacement Parts for Chrysler, Cadillacs, VW, Ford, Chevy

I bought a set there for my 01. Haven't gotten them on yet but will soon. I bought mine on my lbz on ebay. The Fenderworld ones you can't tell they're not gm mirrors.

fenderworld.com was them brand new for cheap like around $260-$280 I'd look there

I recommend fenderworld.com as well. I bought mine off of Ebay through fenderworld for $231. I don't know if they're any more expensive for the older body style, but I would think it would be comparable. I love mine!

Mine did that try extending the mirror and have somebody gently push out on it I took mine bac to the dealer and they fixed it no probs since

there delphi made so they are gm just not sold by gm

I was told fenderworld is making the tow mirrors with turn signal and heat and power for mid 2000's HD gm trucks. So i will wait on those. What could I do to fix this mirror i have a problem with. Is there some tests i could do to narrow it down on why that motor isnt working at all.
