I didn't go crazy scuffing it up but I did alil bit. Maybe i just had bad luck with it. My brother just had his truck undercoated and it was like 350 and I believe they even did inside the rockers and doors. Drop it off and pick it up....life doesn't get better than that

POR 15 is more of a primer. There is a process that they have for undercoating I think it is kit. I put POR 15 on my hitch and it peeled off too, my boss did his, then painted over it and it worked perfect, and never peeled. Just do some research but POR 15 is a great product good luck

I just took my truck to the ziebart dealer about two months ago when they were having a special for 350 for my truck, that included the undercoating, and the inside of the doors, everything else, unfortunatleyi didnt take any pics after, and headed back to the sand box... ill see if i can have my wife send me some pics, but i wont hold my breath, haha.

never heard of por 15?????
you wisconsin boys are really starting to scare me
Hey now, I'm from Wisconsin and I use the stuff all the time. But I don't think it would be good for an undercoating. Like someone else said, it is more like a primer that seals metal and can seal in the contaminates as well. A regular under coating would be much better IMO. Plus, the stuff is expensive. Only worth it in the correct application.

I actually have a Ziebart dealer right near me. Just called them and they said $349 for the full undercoat. I guess they use a rust inhibitor first and then coat everything. And they touch it up for free once a year. Did you like the job that Ziebart did??
