need help installing winter cover

i need help installing the winter cover on a 09 lmm i am clueless someone help me

its both pieces in one it already has the license plate cut out and tow hooks also i just dont know where all these hooks go.

Put it in the dryer for 5 mins. so it will stretch a little better. Either way it is a PITA.

they are a royal pain to install, they hook around the sides of the bumper and along the bottom

I just use duct tape or go with out. If you go to the right store you can get different color tape!!!
