Electrical problem

Hey I have a 2004 gmc sierra 2500hd duramax. I went to start my truck today but it seemed like the batteries were dead because I had no power so I got someone to boost me the positive cable kept slipping off but eventually got it started but when I got it started I stilled had no power to anything so I drove it for about five mins then tried to shut it off but it wouldn't it would just flicker some light when I turned the key back so I started looking at the fuses and noticed the stud 1 was blown and the ign/edu relay kept clicking every so often so eventually to turn the truck off I pulled that relay then put it back now even with the ignition in the off position I have a few dim blinking lights I tried starting the truck again it will turn over and almost sound like it's about to start then die but once in awhile it will stay running but same problems have to pull the relay to shut it off I tested all the other fuses under the hood and there good but I pulled the stud 1 fuse and tested where it plugs into with a multi meter and there's no power even getting to the fuse. I don't know seems like a electrical mess to me but if anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks

First thing I would do is pull your battery connections and make sure they are not all corroded. Then I would look into the problem further, but you need to start with the basics.
