HELP! P0341 code

Ok guys my truck has been in the shop for a while getting the big build done. Now it is all put back together and we are haveing some trouble. The truck would not start and was throwing a P0341 cam shaft position sensor code. After some investigation they found the tone ring was not lined up properly on the crank. They tore the front of the engine apart and got it lined up properly and now it will start but it is throwing the P0341 code and keeps coming back even if he clears it out. He said that the TECH II will not read the balance rates of the injectors either. We replaced the wiring harness and the sensors but it did not fix the problem. He said he would like to take it to the GM dealer to have them figure out what the lectrical problem might be. Any ideas before the stealership rakes me over to scan it?

Injectors only have 4K miles (replaced before the crank broke)
Im sure there is more but I am trying to find a quick answer to something that is hopefully simple and I can get it on the road. He said he checked all the fuses and pins too. Please let me know if you have any ideas!
