Bulldog Remote Start will crank but will not start

2003 Chevy Silverado 3500 LB7 Diesel 5 speed automatic transmission.
I have installed a Bulldog Deluxe 500 remote start. It will crank the motor but it will not start. I can insert the key and start the motor. I then can shut the motor off via the remote control. I have adjusted the crank time to the two setting, but is seem to not to make any difference in the crank time when I set it to one or two.
I have the 791 install, but it’s red light is not light up.
I can get into the program setting via the remote transmitter.

Plug Truck Wire

Violet Large Yellow on steering column
Red First Large Red on steering column
Red Second Large Red on steering column
Yellow Large Pink on steering column
Pink Large White on steering column
Brown Large Orange on the steering column
H2
Red/White Fuse panel under driver (12V constant)
White Brown on parking light switch
Black Ground
Red Fuse panel under driver (12V constant)





H3 Antenna
H5
Gray Not used
Brown/Red White on the brake pedal
Black Ground
Blue/White Note used
Gray/Black Dark Blue on back of the instrument cluster
Green Not Used
Violet Not Used
White/Black Not Used
Violet/White(Tach) Not Used
H6 Not Used
H7
Blue/Black Blue on 791 ByPass Module
Black/Violet Not Used
Brown/Black Not Used
Black/White Not Used
Black/Red Not Used
Purple/Black Not Used
Red/White Not Used
Lt Green/Black Not Used
Orange/White Not Used
Orange Not Used

H8 Valet Switch
H9 LED

The 791 ByPass is wired up this way:
791 Truck
White Large Purple on steering column
Red Lt Green on steering column
Yellow Large White on steering column
Orange Black on steering column
Yellow/Black Large Yellow on steering column

Discovered I did not have constant 12v at the 791. IT WORKS. Admin please close the post.
