Felt like i should share my install. Came out pretty good. IMO. Started with a 22" curved lightbar and a 2"×1/8" thick x3ft. Long flatbar.
1st i used two existing holes in the bumper.
Second i bent the flatbar so i can gain 3/4" forward so the light would be more flush. I had notch the flatbar to raise it up to be more center of the opening.
Third i measured across the existing holes and drilled them in the flatbar. Note i drilled them 1/2" up from the bottom of the flatbar to make flatbar more center of the opening.
Fourth i marked where the holes for the lightbar needed to be drilled them then finally installed it. Pics below.
