LML boost gauge problem

I installed a 2 gauge pillar mount and a cobalt boost gauge. The boost gauge is functioning but it is not reading the amount of boost it should be. It's only reading 11 psi at WOT. I put the fitting into the crossover pipe that goes from my S475 into my stock turbo. It came with 10ft of hose and I didn't cut the excess off of it because I am not sure if I will keep it in the location its at now. Could this be why it is reading improperly? Only other thing I can think of is to check for leaks again, so I will do that and see what I can find.

I never cut the excess off my old cobalt boost gauge and it ran fine. I just don't see that being a problem unless you have pinched it somewhere.
