I just bought a DRL relay kit from the autoparts store and it cost about $10. I got the wiring instructions from painless (the picture) and just wired it in. Although, the diodes are the best and cheapest trick.

I have HIDs in both high and low beams...you can tell the difference when i turn in my highs, but i think i just need to adjust my headlights. I didnt do it when i installed them...it wasnt getting really dark in alaska then.

guys guys dont you know how easy it is to do the all on mod?

ill have to do a write up of it over here....it gives the same effect of what you did but no wiring and it only costs 1 dollar... its super easy and works great....its all over the other duramax forums

4300k low beams

3000k fog lights

5000k high beams (if/when i decide to get them)
