radar detectors

im in the market for a radar detector and am not sure what brand to get. I want a good one that is worth the money. So far im looking at a passport 8500 blue. What do you guy's think would be the best for me. I want one when im driving i can tell a pig from a mile away.

passports are the best...they are so sure you wont get a speeding ticket that if you do, they will pay for it...

don't really know. My sister and her boyfriend are getting me one for christmas and they told me to find one that i like....

tell them to get the most expensive one...haha thats what id do if they asked me that...

stay away from cobras...i think they tell cops that your speeding...
