my first compustar was $120 five years ago (I did the install)
and 3 years ago I paid $350 to have a local company install my wifes.
mine are both adjustable for 20 or 30 min warm up times and they tie into the door locks so you only need 1 key fob for all. and they have other features I dont use so I cant rember them now but if you cant find them I will dig up a manual and look it up for you.

You can find a Clifford or Viper remote start alarm for around $250 online and that'll give you the Turbo Timer also.You will also have to buy a remote start interface module for your truck so that'll add another $50+ and if you don't want to install it yourself that'll cost usually $100+

One other nice option about the remote starts are, when you hit the unlock button. It will unlock all 4 doors with one hit instead of having to keep pushing the button to get the doors to unlock. I know that may sound petty, but it made me happy.
