Yes it will! Any tuner will alter and leave a trace in the factory computer 07' and newer.

No it wont. The edge juice is an inline tuner not a downloader. There is no info stored in the computer. It monitors the inputs and modifies the outputs from the computer. There is no programming in the computer.

Now the edge evo is another story that is a downloader and will leave a trace.

The only way they can check to see Edge banks, ts or any other inline device is check to see if it exceeded stcok parameters such as boost tables. Banks and edge dont make as much power because they dont reprogram the ecm.

Banks, EDGE, etc... are def. not like any handheld tuner. Handheld tuners reprogram the computer....Banks, EDGE, etc... do not. Like Tyler said....if they check to see how your engine was running, and your boost levels, etc... are out of this world different than stock, then they will assume and go from there. But if you buy an inline and drive normally and just use it for better mileage....I don't see how they can bust you considering I've been doing it for a year now and my boost hasn't even exceeded a stock level....

Your gonna find out your wrong. We did testing with all of the programmers on the market and in the LMM foward it shows they have been altered. I am in the performance business but i don't want to go into it any farther than that until i am done with my case.
Just remember, the factory is coming down hard on the dealers to check trucks out that come in now for service. They are looking very hard for any alterations. And keeping records. I just don't want to see anyone get screwed.

Well I have a tec 2 and am LMM I have had the edge juice on it and there is no trace. I also work hand in hand with the service manager at my local Chevy dealer and had him double check with his equipment even took a snapshot of the computer and sent it into GM and it was clear. I dont know who your source is but I trust mine.

My source has been a GM tech for 30 years and is a Master Duramax tech. I trust his work. But if you have alot of money and the warranty isn't important, go for it! We wouldn't recommend it.

My Onstar sends me a monthly report on the condition of my truck.
Would this be able to tell if an Edge Juice was installed?
