TTS Transmission Upgrade?

i am looking at this tts transmission upgrade kit and its 600 dollars...i was wondering if i got this, could i finally run my ppe tuner on the highest level??? this kit says it will support up to 750 horsepower and 900 lb. of torque...

is this the right transmission upgrade i sould be doing or is there something else i should do...just dont have the money for a new suncoast...

Well the TTS kit has been run at high levels, but you will probably need new clutches too that doesn't come in that kit. Then you will need a T/C that isan't included in the kit. By the time you buy the other parts you need you are getting pretty close to the price of a Suncoast Stage III.

My thoughts also.

The converter is a weak link, you could see if anyone has a stock low mileage LBZ converter if you're on a tight budget. I have a few laying around.

TTS or a Banks would be better than a stock LBZ. You can pick up an almost new LBZ converter for 200-300.00. These have proven to be fairly stout units compared to the LB7 ones.

I would recommend you put in a good converter like SC, Precision, TTS, but if you don't have the coin, I'd rather through in a 200 dollar like new converter than the old piece.
