Wheel lug torque? 06 4X4 crew cab HD 2500

New owner NO owner manual. Can some one tell me how many FT LBS to torque my wheels .

where I work we torque everything to 120lb-ft

whatever you do dont use an impact. Well you can if you have torque sticks. Then you still need to torque the lugs after that. Also remember it is always best to use a regular socket and not an impact socket to torque and also use the smallest or no extension at all. This will ensure a good torque reading.

140 , on 2500hd 120 on 1/2 tons , extension wont make a diff it just increases the flex a crows foot will change the reading not an extention.

120 ft lbs? wow...I always did 90-100... i thought anything more you risked studs breaking and warping rotors

120lbs is on 1/2 tons, . 160lbs on steel duallies policy at our shop.
