Bill's custom intakes

What can you all tell me about bills custom intakes they look good but have heard they are kinda cheesy, I like the fact that it is metal instead of plastic any input would be great and even some pictures if you are running this set up.

I like mine. I didn't make my turbo sound any different. But I like the way it looks. I want to get it powder-coated different color.

Interesting. I would have thought the fact that they are metal instead of plastic would have made the turbo substantially louder. I was just thinking about this the other day.

On lb7 they do. When I was in college my roommate had an lb7 and I had lly. We both ordered one. It made a big difference In his. And little to none in mine. I think it really only works for fixed turbo not vvt

i assume that he got the paint chipping to stop on the inside of the tube? He actually powder coats them now? I remember reading a while back that someone was pissed that their turbo was eating all the paint that was chipping off the inside of the tube. I have no first hand knowledge of this though...just a thread I remember.

It wasnt the intake that was chipping it was his intake horn.
