collapsed tube

hey guys i had a question i was swapping batteries out on my truck and i noticed that the tube running from the top right of the intercooler or radiator is cracked and i can hear and feel liquid trapped in there any ideas and i also got major lag from when i slam on the gas to take off

Let that liquid out. These trucks experience build up diethylene glycol, that occasionally needs to be purged. HID headlights can make it worse. It's usually a reddish orange, and can be mistaken for blood, so don't panic.

Seriously, the hoses are not a problem, but the motor is probably toast after filling with gas.

so why does it fill with this liquid and should i get rid of my hids ? and what did u mean one the motor is filled with gas its toast?
