blown motor...worth fixing??

had my truck up at north augusta on the weekend. things i have had to fix so far is 2 tie rods, and tie rod ends,2 wheel bearings, new marker lights and head lights, starter is screwed, carpet is full of mud and sand plus the doors are full of water, so make the door speakers are ruind too.... and as far as the motor goes it will not start any more and i found brass shavings in the oil filter.... oh and a big dent in the hood.... any help on getting a motor or a place to rebuild this motor would be great also and suggestions that should be done while the motor and tranny are out of the truck.... thanks for the help !
