Shake / Vibration 40-50 mph

I have an '06 LBZ and there is a shake that is really bad at 40-50 mph. Don't notice it at all at other speeds. I've had it to the shop and the replaced the idler and pitman arms, ball joint, replaced the front tires, new shocks and drive line balanced. It's still there, can anyone help with my mystery?

I think a guy put shims under his carrier bearing to lower the driveshaft and it helped??

I have the exact same problem. It also happens when I brake at the same speed. I replaced the upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, idler and pitman arm, hubs, shocks, had it re aligned, and wheels and tires re balanced. It feels like its coming from my driver side front. I have cognito UCA's on there way to see if that helps...Im out of ideas!

what kind of tires are you running? wheels balanced? i kno that when i got new wheels they asked if i wanted weights on the front and back of the rim for a perfect balance.
